The flour of this egg tart is different with the original egg tart, but if you ask me what kind of flour is this? emm~ I will tell you, we are using our secret recipe! And that is why the Portuguese egg tart's pastry is harder than the original egg tart.  It is very crispy and the smell is very appetizing!!!
